Four slimming rules help you slim down healthily

1. Following a regular timetable.
The temptation of food, laziness in the festivals, irregular diet, and less activities can be the main causes of a fattening figure. Quit smoking and drinking. As everyone knows, smoking and drinking is harmful for our health. Suggest that the daily intake of alcohol is no more than 25g, namely, 750ml beer or 250ml wine. Wine also contains energy, and we’r better eat some staple foods like rice before drinking. This is great for enhancing liver’s detoxification, reducing gastric mucosa’s absorption of alcohol, and increasing satiety.
Keep a medium-full satiety every meal, and avoid to eat dinner neither too late nor too much.
3. Rest breeds rust.
Apart from a balanced diet, proper aerobic exercise is necessary for getting quick slimming result. You can choose the sports according to you interest and physique. Swimming is an ideal choice that can help us consume 500~1000kcal calories every 30 minutes. We’re less likely to get injury because the buoyancy of water is great for unloading the joints. If possible, you can stick to it every day. Besides, walking, jogging, cycling and mountain climbing are also very nice alternatives. Generally, it is better to take movements on an empty stomach or in 2 hours before meal, 60 minutes every time.
4. Stress management.
Stress will find you no matter where you go oh oh, no matter if you’re fast oh oh, no matter if you’re slow oh oh. He is about to mess up your life, your work, and your family. How to drive away it? You should learn to cheer yourself up and get relaxed. You can get rid of it by traveling, listening to music, doing sports, or finding someone to talk to. Remember, overeating can help you nothing but gaining weight.
